Who Are We?

Jay Alexis Aesthetics & Co is a fresh, industry-forward collective, headed by myself, Aesthetic Practitioner & Owner, Jay. We are proud of our new name and location, boasting a well-established team of six experienced & passionate professionals, rooted in our local community.

“For those who don’t already know me, I’m Jay! Jay Gee, and yes I’ve had to explain many times on the phone it’s my actual name and not my initials.

I started my career with hairdressing at 16 years old, followed by beauty, which I loved, but I had big dreams of becoming an aesthetic practitioner, and not just any old practitioner, I wanted to further my education as far as I could, I wanted to endure in as many courses as I could, to go on training led by some of the BEST in the game, so I did!

Not only did I do this, but I strive to give every customer that walks through our clinic doors the best service I possibly can! From thorough consultations to being there for you whenever you have any questions or seek any further advice. I don’t just love my job, to me it isn’t a job, it’s my passion.

I have a gorgeous son Otis who’s a regular in mammas clinic, so since having him I must admit I’ve swapped the Malibu and cokes to cups of tea. if you made it this far then well done!! Hope to see you soon!

I’m Poppy and I’m a level 2 qualified hairdresser and Loctician with 11 years experience.
I began professionally offering Locs from my home studio in 2018, and later gained my Hairdressing qualification and moved into salon in 2020.
I love working with creative colours and alternative styles. I have so much fun every day working with my clients, who have the best taste and style. Christmas tinsel to summer festival braids, I’ve got you covered!”

“So, I've been doing hair for nearly 8 years now and I couldn't think of anything else that gives me a buzz after a client walks out the door with a smile on their face, it's a rewarding job because we give people the self-confidence they don't always have. And we're like therapists you can always count on us keeping your secrets x”

“Hey! My name is Freya and I’m a qualified tattoo artist and piercer. I've been tattooing for 5 years now. I'm a quiet but happy go lucky kinda girl with a gothic/hippy style to my work and life approach. I love meeting new people, hearing their story's and helping them transfer that memory onto skin.”

Hi Angels! I’m Sharn, 28, and I’ve been a qualified beautician for over 10 years.
Over the years I’ve worked in a variety of salons and even ran my own beauty business, building up a loyal client base and a true passion for helping people feel their best.
After taking some time out to welcome my little boy into the world , I’m so excited to be back in the industry I love — and back with a bang!
I’ve recently trained and qualified in the MOTUS AY, the world’s most advanced skin and laser technology . This means I can now offer clients the very best in safe, effective and virtually pain-free laser hair removal.
I cannot wait to welcome both familiar faces and new clients into the salon — let’s start your journey together! 🩷 xx

Hi, I’m Sienna! Hairdressing has been my passion for as long as I can remember, and I’ve been lucky enough to turn that passion into a career where I get to make people feel confident and beautiful every single day.
But I didn’t stop at hair — over time I’ve expanded my skills to offer a wide range of beauty services, giving clients the chance to feel completely pampered all under one roof.
Most recently, I’ve trained in laser treatments with the MOTUS AY, the most advanced skin and hair removal technology on the market. I’m so excited to now offer clients results-driven treatments that combine my love for beauty with the very latest in aesthetic technology.
I can’t wait to welcome you into the salon and help you feel your absolute best, whether it’s through hair, beauty, or laser.
